Early Career & Foundations
Dian began his journey after completing his secondary education at Royal College, where he won the A/L Form Prize. In 1977, he started his career at KPMG Ford Rhodes as a management trainee, gaining a robust foundation in financial discipline and strategy.
His rapid ascent was marked by becoming Financial Controller at Saracen Interiors at just 22, and later rising to Finance Director at 26. His true path led him to the apparel industry, where in 1987 he was recruited by US Fortune 100 retailer May Corporation as their youngest global General Manager, ultimately paving the way for his transformative role at MAS Holdings.
